Hammer a Deal helps you get the service at the price you are willing to pay. You would first select the service (Hotel, Air Ticket, Golf Course, Car insurance), follow the on line ordering procedures, and then name the price you would like to pay with a valid credit card guarantee. Once your payment is confirmed, Miaocity would look for service providers to match your offer. Once Miaocity accepts your bid, Miaocity will immediately charge your credit card for the amount shown. You will be notified of your completed reservation for the quality services you have selected at YOUR price. All services purchased through Miaocity can not be cancelled, changed or transferred and are non-refundable. If none of the service providers accepts your bid, your credit card will not be charged.

Since the price you offered is normally well below the market price, the hotel need a credit card guarantee. If your offer is not accepted, your credit card will not be charged.
